Welcome

The Greenmont Farms facility is located in an inspiring, completely restored 19th century post and beam barn. This unique space is quiet, spacious, clean, and comfortable.

Some past seasonal activity within the facility have included a Youth Hostel, a base camp for youth camping, hiking adventures, and a training site for the Vermont Youth Conservation Corps. Greenmont Farms has been a popular venue for local folk music and contra dancing. Youth activities are also ideal for this space. For years it was a summer day camp for neighborhood children.

The facility was winterized three years ago. Currently, Greenmont Farms is utilized as an affordable rental location for classes, workshops, retreats, and meetings. Overnight lodging is provided. An art studio and a boat building shop also function within the space.
